Dear Brothers and Sisters,
I regret to inform you that on August 29, 2017, brother Joe Rouleau’s passed in an automobile accident on his way home from work.
Brother Rouleau is survived by his wife Megan and one-year-old son Joseph. Our thoughts and prayers go out to them.
Joe was such a key member of our ATU family and a special friend to so many of us. His passing leaves a great empty void in our hearts.
As the President of ATU Local 107, I have been inundated with calls from members, business leaders, politicians, passengers, and community leaders who expressed disbelief and a desire to help the man who was always there for them. After meeting with Joe’s wife Megan and son Joseph Jr., I have set up a GoFundMe account to assist them with the immediate financial burden of funeral and living expenses.
Let’s be there to support Joe’s family during this grievous time and allow them to deal with this tragedy without additional financial stress.
May Joe rest in peace. My brother, your strength and conviction live on in solidarity.
President, ATU Local 107
